Turku Game Academy

Turku Game Academy brings its own gaming spot to the event where you can try out different games with guidance. A free gaming activity centre open to everyone, run by Turku's youth services.

Academic Nintendo Club

Academic Nintendo Club runs the event's Super Smash Bros tournament and retro gaming corner. They also run a weekly Smashliiga in Turku.

Turpakellari

Turpakellari runs the event's fighting-game programme and, tentatively, the Tekken 8 tournament. Beginners get tips from experienced players, and dedicated gaming hardware is brought on site.

Confirmed tournament games at Overclock Autumn 2026: Counter-Strike 2 and Super Smash Bros. The other games listed below are tentative, meaning they are not certain - we'll update this closer to the event. Join Overclock's Discordiin and suggest a game of your own!

Counter-Strike 2

Wingman 2v2 tournament on Overclock's official settings. Free BYOC tournament, no age limit. The winning team takes 2 × €30 Steam gift cards.

Super Smash Bros.

Smash tournament run by Academic Nintendo Club. 4-player sets, familiar characters and a trophy for the winner. Played on Nintendo Switch consoles.

Tekken 8

1v1 fighting-game tournament. Dedicated gaming hardware is provided for the Tekken tournament; bring your own sticks and pads. Enter at your own level, beginner or seasoned.

Five-player teams face off on Sunday at 16:00. Free BYOC tournament, no age limit. The tournament runs if enough players sign up.

An auto-battler tournament for everyone. Played on Sunday - sign up early, the first 8 entrants get in.

Fall Guys

Low-barrier tournament, you can jump in at a moment's notice. Free BYOC tournament, no age limit. Played on Sunday during the day over multiple rounds; the winner is the last one standing.

A Minecraft building contest. Creative building to a theme, with an audience vote deciding the winner. Prizes to be announced later.
